JJRLAB's New Chemical Laboratory Expansion Completed

The expansion of JJRLAB's chemical laboratory is now complete, providing a range of chemical tests to ensure the quality and safety of consumer products. We can test products according to international safety standards and have obtained many international approvals.

Electronic and Electrical Testing: 

Hazardous substances detection ( RoSH ), halogen detection

Toy product testing: 

Total lead, total cadmium, total mercury, leached cadmium, leached heavy metals, nickel release, phthalates, flame retardants

Physical and mechanical properties tests, flammability tests

Heavy metal chemical toxicity elements (heavy metal migration, dissolution and content testing)

Filler cleanliness test (visual inspection, chemical method), chemical organic matter content (plasticizers, flame retardants, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.)
