2. Product Testing Fee:

3. Factory Inspection Fee:

Certification organizations charge a factory inspection fee for reviewing documents and conducting on-site inspections of applying enterprises as per certification requirements.

The fee is $345 per billing person-day. The round-trip transportation costs of the inspection team are borne by the applicant.

4. Approval and Registration Fee:

When issuing the CCC certificate for products meeting certification requirements, a fee of $110 per certificate is charged.

5. Supervision and Review Fee:

According to the implementation rules of product certification, fees are charged by certification and testing organizations for supervision checks and product sampling inspections of certified enterprises.

Certification organizations charge based on daily rates for supervision auditors and the specified number of person-days. Testing organizations charge up to 25% of the product testing fee for inspections. Specific charges apply based on the number of testing items.

6. Annual Certification Fee:

Certification organizations charge an annual fee for certificates issued to certified enterprises.

Fees vary based on the type of certificate: $14 per certificate per year for standard certificates; voluntary certificates are charged at $138 per year; energy-saving certificates start at $700 per year and increase by $138 for each additional certificate.

7. Certification Mark Fee:

Fees are charged for the use of certification marks issued by certification mark organizations to certified enterprises.

Certain circumstances exempt CCC certification-related fees:

- Changes within the validity period of the certificate such as company name or address changes.

- Products already granted administrative licenses and mandatory access approvals.

- Parts using previously certified components without re-certification.

- Situations where product certification does not involve unit changes or significant product alterations.
