CQC logo certification is an essential component of China's quality management system. It not only verifies that products comply with Chinese national standards but also simplifies international trade procedures, enhancing the competitiveness of products in the Chinese market. In government procurement, CQC logo certification can sometimes be a crucial reference for selecting suppliers, assisting foreign-funded enterprises in winning bids.
CQC mark certification is one of the voluntary product certification services provided by the China Quality Certification Center. It indicates that products comply with relevant certification requirements such as quality, safety, performance, electromagnetic compatibility, etc., through the application of the CQC logo. The certification scope covers over 500 types of products, including machinery, electrical equipment, appliances, electronics, textiles, building materials, and more. CQC logo certification focuses on safety, electromagnetic compatibility, performance, restricted substances (RoHS), and other indicators directly reflecting product quality and affecting consumer safety and property, aiming to safeguard consumer interests, promote improved product quality, and enhance the international competitiveness of domestic enterprises.
CQC logo certification has joined the IECEE-CB scheme. The CB scheme is a globally recognized mutual recognition system established by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). After obtaining a CB certificate, companies can easily convert it into certification certificates from other institutions, thereby gaining access to relevant national markets. CB certificates issued by CQC are recognized within the CB scheme member scope. When domestic companies apply for certification in the aforementioned countries, the process can be simplified, avoiding increased costs and time losses due to repeated testing.
CQC certification and CCC certification are two different certification systems, with the main differences lying in certification nature and scope:
Certification Nature: CCC certification is mandatory product certification in China, while CQC logo certification is a voluntary product certification project conducted by the China Quality Certification Center.
Certification Scope: CCC certification covers 15 categories, including 96 types of products. CQC certification involves over 500 types of products, including machinery, electrical equipment, appliances, electronics, textiles, building materials, etc. For products not listed in the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) catalog, CQC certification is an optional certification method.
CQC certification has a wide scope, covering multiple fields and product types. Specific scopes can be queried on the official website of the China Quality Certification Center.

1. Application Acceptance: Submit the application and required documents.
2. Document Review: CQC engineers will review the submitted documents.
3. Sample Submission: Samples need to be sent to our company (hello@jjrlab.com).
4. Sample Testing: Under normal circumstances, our company will complete testing within 10 working days and report the results to the China Quality Certification Center.
5. Factory Inspection: After receiving the sample test report, CQC will arrange a factory inspection task. The factory inspection should ideally be completed within one year after product inspection; otherwise, product inspection needs to be repeated.
6. Certificate Issuance: After evaluating the qualification and the enterprise pays the certification fee, CQC engineers will issue the product certification certificate to the applicant.
The validity period of CQC certification is five years. Within this period, as long as the manufacturer undergoes annual factory inspections, the certificate will remain valid. If the manufacturer refuses or fails to undergo annual review, the certificate will be amended until revoked.
