Introduction to California 65 Certification

Introduction to California Proposition 65 California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act) was promulgated and implemented in November 1986. The products involved in this proposal include toys, electrical devices, clothing, accessories, cosmetics, gifts, manufacturing or construction supplies, etc., covering almost all products, and listing the exposure scenarios of dangerous goods. It is recommended that companies should try to avoid using substances included in the California Proposition 65 hazardous substances list. Assess product risks and identify key controlled substances in products.
