Mexican mandatory energy efficiency certification is part of Mexico's mandatory product certification. Products must have an energy efficiency label reflecting their energy consumption before entering the Mexican market.
In Mexico, all devices accessing public telecommunications networks and those with radio transmission functions must be approved by the Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFETEL).
