The new regulations for button batteries in the United States have received compliance requirements in the background. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC), a test report issued by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.

Because button batteries are risky for children, when exporting to the United States, in addition to the necessary test reports, labels, and warning information are required.
