NCC stands for National Communications Commission, which is a regulatory body in Taiwan responsible for managing communications, spectrum frequency, radio wave testing, domain names, and international cooperation. Communication and information devices must obtain NCC certification before being circulated or used in Taiwan's market.

Wireless networks (WLAN) products (including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n), UMII, Bluetooth products, RFID (125kHz~134kHz, 13.56MHz, 27MHz, 922MHz~928MHz, 2.4GHz, 5.8GHz), ZigBee, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, wireless headsets, walkie-talkies, radio-controlled toys, various radio-controlled remotes, security alarms, Family Radio Service (FRS), etc.
1. The client submits product information to JJR Labs for evaluation and quotation.
2. The client confirms and signs the quotation, fills out the application, provides samples and documentation, and makes the initial payment.
3. Product prediction and documentation review.
4. If issues arise during testing, adjustments are made, and re-testing is performed until the product passes.
5. Once testing and documentation pass, the certification body conducts a witnessed test.
6. After the witnessed test, a test report is issued, and certification is granted.
7. The client settles the remaining payment and receives the certification report, concluding the case.

Note: NCC does not accept foreign test reports or certificates. Foreign manufacturers may temporarily hold the certification before appointing a local agent, but a local agent is required for product importation.
