3. The UL 1431 standard does not account for the full range of physiological or therapeutic effects, whether beneficial or harmful, unless generally recognized limits define the potential risks of personal injury.

The UL1431 test report primarily focuses on the safety performance of electric toothbrushes, covering multiple aspects of testing, including electrical performance, mechanical performance, and material usage. The specific test items include but are not limited to:  

1. Electrical Performance Testing  

- Measures parameters such as current, voltage, power, resistance, and insulation resistance.  

- Evaluates whether the safety and electrical performance meet standard requirements.  

2. Mechanical Performance Testing  

- Assesses structural strength, pressure resistance, and mechanical durability.

3. Material Usage Testing
