Problem: There are four test report numbers mentioned in the qualification certificate in the left picture, but the merchant only uploaded one test report in the right picture, and not all the test reports mentioned in the qualification certificate were uploaded.
Suggestion: Please upload the remaining 3 test reports that have not been uploaded.
2. The instructions in the qualification certificate do not comply with relevant regulations
Problem: The directives in the qualification certificate in the figure are 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863. According to relevant regulations, the directive should be 2014/53/EU.
Recommendation: Please retest to ensure compliance with Directive 2014/53/EU.
3. The model information in the actual photo is inconsistent with the model information in the qualification document
Problem: The model information in the actual photo on the left is RWDP7, while the model information in the qualification file on the right is RWDP1, RWDP2, and RWDP3. The model information in the two pictures is inconsistent.
Suggestion: Please confirm whether the products tested in the qualification documents are the actual products sold.
If the product being tested is actually sold, you can refer to the following methods (choose one of the two):
a. Please modify the model information in the text label to ensure that it is consistent with the model information in the qualification document, reprint the text label, clean the old label and re-paste it, and re-take the real picture and upload it;
b. Contact the testing agency to modify the model information in the qualification document to be consistent with the model information in the text label, and re-upload the qualification document.
If the tested product is not the actual product sold, please test the actual product sold and re-upload the qualification documents.
4. The manufacturer name in the actual photo is inconsistent with the manufacturer name in the qualification document
Problem: The manufacturer name in the actual photo on the left is Zhongxin, while the manufacturer name in the qualification file on the right is Simpoll. The manufacturer names in the two pictures are inconsistent.
Suggestion: Please specify which factory produced the product you are selling, and modify the manufacturer's name in the text label accordingly or contact the testing agency to modify the manufacturer's name in the qualification document to keep it consistent.
5. The model information of the actual delivered product is inconsistent with the model information of the actual photo
Problem: The model information of the actual product shipped in the left picture is XR-3D-007, while the model information in the real photo on the right is XR-3D-005. The model information of the two pictures is obviously inconsistent.
Suggestion: If the actual product information is changed, please contact the operation team you are connected with to resolve the issue. Ensure that the actual product information is consistent with the product information in the uploaded real photos.
6. Overlapping text labels
Problem: The text labels in the picture are pasted overlappingly, and the new label is pasted directly on the old label.
Recommendation: Tear off the old label and stick a new one, or change the product packaging and re-label it. The new label must not cover the old label.
7. The manufacturer information of the goods actually shipped is inconsistent with the manufacturer information of the actual photos
Problem: The manufacturer information in the actual product picture on the left is ningbo***, while the manufacturer information in the real photo on the right is yiwu***. The manufacturer information in the two pictures is obviously inconsistent.
