2. Customs requirements for imported CCC certified products

When importing products in the "CCC Certification Catalog", the customs is responsible for verifying whether the relevant products have obtained the necessary CCC certification documents.

When enterprises handle import declarations at the "China International Trade Single Window" (hereinafter referred to as the Single Window), they should provide relevant CCC certification documents and cooperate with the customs in implementing entry verification.

3. Several situations and requirements for CCC entry verification

CCC certification is not required for products, companies need to submit relevant materials

(1) Items for personal use of foreign embassies, consulates, international organizations in China and their diplomatic personnel;

(2) Items for personal use of official offices of the Hong Kong and Macao SAR governments in the mainland and their staff;

(3) Personal items brought into the country from abroad by immigrants;

(4) Intergovernmental aid/donated items.

For products exempted from CCC certification, companies need to submit an exemption certificate number
