Compliance with the following is required:
- Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) (Lead, Phthalates)
- Section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) (Tracking Labels)
- Title 16 CFR Part 1501 (Small Parts Regulations)
Additionally, compliance with one of the following (if applicable):
- ASTM F963-23 or ASTM F963-17 Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety
> Note: Children's toys manufactured after April 20, 2024, must comply with ASTM F963-23 standards.
- Test reports issued by a CPSC-accredited laboratory demonstrating compliance with the above standards and regulations.
- A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC).
- Test reports or product images confirming compliance with Section 14(a)(5) of the CPSA (Tracking Labels).

- Model number, part number, or product number.
- Name and address of the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or authorized representative.
