China's JJR EMC Laboratory has established comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility (EMI, EMS) capabilities in South China. It features one 10m method anechoic chamber, four 3m method anechoic chambers, five shielded rooms, and EMS anti-interference rooms. Among them, the 10m method anechoic chamber and a 9*6*6 chamber meet the emc testing requirements for medical devices. They support maximum voltage and current of 380V/200A (three-phase) and 1000V/200A (DC). With broad testing capabilities and accurate data, the lab provides complete CE, fcc, VCCI compliance testing and pre-testing services for electronics manufacturers.

Who constructed the 10m method anechoic chamber?

The 10m method anechoic chamber in our lab was constructed by ETS-LINDGREN.

 

What are the highlights of the 10m method anechoic chamber?

Compared to earlier 10m anechoic chambers, JJR’s 10m method anechoic chamber has significant advantages:

1. Equipped with water lines for testing devices like washing machines and toilet covers requiring water supply and drainage.

2. Equipped with oil lines for industrial products needing oil input and output.

3. Supports dual-antenna simultaneous testing.

4. Compatible with radiated susceptibility (RS) testing, supporting AM 20V/m and PM 36V/m field strength interference.

5. Compatible with high-frequency testing from 1GHz to 40GHz.

 

Can JJR's 10m method chamber test EV charging stations?

Some older 10m chambers lack power configurations to support high-current devices. JJR’s 10m method anechoic chamber includes a power system designed for high-current applications, specifically for new energy products. Our configurations include:

- Single-phase 0-240V 20A variable voltage.

- Single-phase 0-240V 63A variable voltage.

- Three-phase 380V 200A and DC 1000V 200A.

Why choose a 10m method anechoic chamber instead of a 3m method chamber?

1. Products exceeding 2m in size cannot be tested in a 3m method chamber.

2. Certain regulations require radiated emissions testing below 30MHz to be conducted in a 10m chamber, which a 3m chamber cannot meet.

3. Some industrial product standards mandate the use of a 10m chamber.

4. International certifications such as Korea's KCC and Taiwan's bsmi still require 10m chambers for testing.

International brands emphasizing product quality, such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, LG, CISCO, and Razer, use 10m method anechoic chambers for testing. Additionally, ODM manufacturers for these brands, like Huaqin, Foxconn, and Luxshare Precision, also require 10m chamber testing.
